In his role overseeing development and operation of the rightsholder representation practice, Bryce has built a new solutions offering, tasked with prospect targeting, property positioning analysis, marketing materials advisement and go-to market approach, instilling a brand-centric, solutions-minded method to all facets of the sales process.

Bryce also has executive oversight of business development for the consulting practice, guiding team leads in securing new client engagements and organically growing business from existing clients. 

Prior to joining ESP Properties, Bryce was CEO of GroupM ESP, the entertainment and sports marketing consultancy within GroupM. He set the strategic vision and marketplace positioning for the agency, with primary accountability for revenue generation and integration of the practice, working directly with the leadership of each the five GroupM media agencies (Maxus, MEC, MediaCom, MetaVision Media and Mindshare). As the agencies’ primary interface for sports and entertainment partnerships with properties/events/talent/media partners on behalf of their clients, Bryce oversaw a team across the spectrum of strategic advisory, conceptual ideation, negotiation, activation and property management.

With more than 15 years of strategic consulting and brand marketing experience, Bryce has provided executive-level strategic counsel to clients and has developed innovative marketing solutions for a portfolio of blue-chip brands across numerous categories, leading diverse internal & cross-agency teams in the strategy, negotiation & activation of those programs. He has driven the creation and led negotiation of high profile partnerships including Unilever’s multi-brand NCAA & NBA investments; Audi’s landmark MLS/ESPN/Fox/Univision partnership; Xerox’s global WTA association; SAP’s overall sports investment strategy through first-ever partnerships with the NFL, NBA, NHL, WTA, MSG and San Francisco 49ers/Levi’s Stadium; and Discover’s entitlement of the Discover Orange Bowl, BCS National Championship and NHL league relationship.

During his tenure at GroupM ESP, Bryce held positions of increasing responsibility and organizational oversight, including executive vice president, senior vice president & general manager, and senior vice president.

Prior to his arrival at GroupM ESP in 2007, Bryce was vice president, account services at Momentum Worldwide, IPG’s global sports and entertainment marketing agency, where he was responsible for American Express’ global partnership events portfolio.  During his eight-year tenure, Bryce helped lead the creation of broad-scale, multi-channel activation platforms around some of American Express’ largest partnerships, including the NBA, US Open Tennis Championships, Tribeca Film Festival, USGA, NCAA, Australian Open, Wimbledon and MSG/Radio City Entertainment.

Bryce was honored by Sports Business Journal with its prestigious Forty Under 40 award in 2013. A native New Yorker, Bryce received his bachelor’s in business management from Emory University’s Goizueta School of Business.
