Since his arrival, Rob has established a sophisticated fan engagement and partner value proposition for the McLaren Formula 1 team. His work has repositioned the McLaren Technology Group’s global content and social media engagement strategy, delivering a number of standout campaigns and established the brand’s mobile-first platform ethos.

Prior to McLaren, Rob held roles within various blue-chip FTSE organisations and founded a successful digital content marketing agency that delivered premium branded content to SMEs.
