Annual Conference Cancellations
Should you be unable to attend after your payment is received, a substitute participant may attend at no extra charge. Full refunds will be sent for written cancellations postmarked by March 22, 2013. Conference Workbook plus 50-percent refund will be sent for written cancellations postmarked between March 23 and March 29, 2013. There will be no refunds on registrations or cancellations made after March 29, 2013.
All Other Products
Because of the nature of the products, no refunds will be given.
