Getting Your Travel Visa
If you are attending, or planning to attend, IEG’s Annual Sponsorship Conference, March 18-21, 2012 in Chicago, and are traveling from outside of the U.S., you may need to obtain a visa. For information on obtaining a visa, please visit the U.S. Department of State Bureau of Consular Affairs Visa Services’ website.

If you need a letter confirming your registration to help with your efforts to obtain a visa to attend the 2012 IEG Annual Sponsorship Conference, please send an email to Mike Maggini at mike.maggini@sponsorship.com with the following information:
- Full name of conference attendee(s) as it appears on your passport
- Company Name
- Company Mailing Address
- Country that issued your passport
- Passport number
Please note that you must be registered for the conference before IEG can issue a confirmation letter. If you are unable to obtain your visa, IEG will refund your registration.
