Held at the landmark Hilton Chicago, 720 South Michigan Ave., we have reserved a block of rooms at preferential rates — $199 per night for both single and double rooms; Towers (executive level) rooms are $240 per night for both single and double rooms. Travel time is at least 45 minutes from O’Hare International Airport to the Hilton Chicago by taxi and at least one hour by GO Airport Express shuttle, which runs from O’Hare to the Hilton every 10-15 minutes between 6 a.m. and 11:30 p.m. GO’s booths are located in the baggage claim areas of terminals 1, 2, 3 and 5E. The cost for a taxi is approximately $35; a one-way shuttle ticket is approximately $27 and a round-trip ticket is approximately $49.

If you are arriving at Midway Airport, a taxi to the hotel takes at least 30 minutes and costs approximately $30. The GO Airport Express shuttle runs every 10-15 minutes between 6 a.m. and 10:30 p.m. Allow one-hour travel time; the cost is $22 one-way and $39 round-trip. GO’s booth is located in the Southwest Airlines baggage claim area.

If there is not an agent at the GO Airport Express booth, wait near the booth and a driver will announce the next scheduled departure. Tickets can be purchased from the driver.
