In late 2004 the Fair organizers were convinced that they were missing a huge sponsorship opportunity, so they called IEG for help.

During the Audit process we helped the Fair uncover hidden assets which we knew would be highly attractive to sponsors. We then structured tiered packages with minimum financial commitments and determined the fair market value of each package. Our research group identified specific sponsors to target, ones who would value the rights and benefits the most.
We then drafted proposals that tailored the pitch to individual sponsors, and armed the Fair organizers with everything they needed to sell more sponsorships –, including the specific names, addresses and phone number of high-probability prospects.
