JVC has sponsored the JVC Jazz Festival, a worldwide series of jazz concerts since the series’ inception 25 years ago. Although the series delivered an abundance of value through a variety of rights and benefits, it was not clear to JVC that it was maximizing every opportunity to connect with customers in a way that impacts the company’s bottom line.
