The ADA is the nation’s largest organization of food and nutrition professionals. The ADA had a fragmented approach to sponsorship, selling programs piecemeal with little structure behind packages and pricing. Although the association was generating healthy sponsorship revenue, executives believed it could do better by taking a more strategic approach.

IEG delivered a plan to centralize the ADA’s sponsorship sales and create distinct year-round sponsorship packages that offered access to the association’s most meaningful benefits through one buy.

The new structure enabled the ADA to double its sponsorship revenue and provide more value for sponsors, especially its five ADA Partners and eight Premier Sponsors. Those companies appreciate how much more efficient the process is, and that they have year-round benefits that they can plan and activate around.
