ACHE is an international professional society of more than 30,000 healthcare executives who lead hospitals, healthcare systems and other healthcare organizations. When ACHE engaged with IEG, the association had an event-only strategy that was labor-intensive and not maximizing its assets. IEG’s recommended plan shifted ACHE’s efforts to year-round corporate partnerships and dramatically increased revenue.

Since working with IEG, ACHE has experienced more than a 200% increase in sponsorship revenue. In the first year, ACHE began the IEG-recommended transition to fewer, bigger, year-round partnerships, resulting in increased total revenue from just one-third the number of sponsors it worked with previously. ACHE’s highly strategic sponsorship program continues to produce very strong results. Today, it offers only one level of participation, the number of corporate partners is capped at 12, and it consistently maintains a renewal rate of more than 80%.
